Lantaw Resturant is situated on top of Neptune's divecenter with a wonderful sea - view and often breezy. Sour as lime, sweet as palm - sugar, the scent of mango and hot like chili.

The taste of asian food comes mainly from the wide range of flavor ingredients. The blending of these ingredients contributes to the harmonious tastes unique for each dish. Because, asian cooking uses a lot of herbs and vegetables, it is regarded widely as "health food". Asian cooking starts with carefully selecting and using of the right and fresh ingredients. The art of asian cooking requires a good understanding of the primary ingredients as spices, herbs and vegetables.

Southeast Asia has been long known for it's spicery. Already during the fourteenth century Europeans went there to buy them. Ginger, kaffirlime leaves, garlic, chilli and coconut milk makes the Lantaw food a symphony of colour, scent and taste.
