If you need to spend a night in Cebu, I can recommend a few hotels from personal experience. If you want a 4 or 5 star hotel there are many to choose from including the Marriott, Parklane, Marco Polo, Cebu Midtown, Waterfront Cebu City Hotel, the Crown Regency and others with appropriate prices. There are also other international hotels and world class resorts that are just a few minutes drive outside Cebu City but still within Metro Cebu like Hilton and Shangri - La which are both located in Lapu - Lapu City (Mactan Island).
