IMPORTANT UPDATE Since January 1, 2008, the Moalboal Provincial Government established Moalboal a Marine Park Entrance Fee System based on Tickets. Tickets are purchased for a fee of 50 Pesos (about 1.25$) per dive. The local government will utilize these funds to finance a number of high priority conservation programs in the area, including patrols and enforcement to abolish destructive fishing practices such as blast and cyanide fishing, village improvement programs within the park, collection and disposal of plastic and other wastes entering the park's waters, marine conservation education of village children and adults, and reef and mangrove rehabilitation. Tickets can be purchased through marine tourism operators based in Moalboal, or at the dive center. We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation with this entrance fee system.

PADI Asia Pacific is very pleased to introduce you to PADI's newest eLearning program!
the knowledge development portion of the PADI Open Water Diver Course Online. Potential divers will have another way to begin independent study with the PADI Open Water Diver Course Online.
Like all divers - in - training, eLearners quickly realise that knowledge development is only the start of becoming a diver.
They will actually learn to dive under the guidance of a PADI Instructor, and will find the equipment and dive services they need at their local PADI Dive Centre or Resort.
In fact, they can't register for the program until they affiliate with a PADI Dive Centre or Resort.
Designed with the busy diver in mind, eLearning is all about convenience - the opportunity to begin and continue diver education beginning on the internet and continuing through PADI Dive Centers and Resorts.
Through an interactive web - based program new students will read, hear and see the same material other student divers receive from interacting with the PADI Open Water Diver manual and Video or Multimedia.
The interactive online program will be filled with information and promotions about what a diver needs to live the diver lifestyle.
