About Tan-aw Restaurant in Santander
Tan-aw Restaurant, formerly known as Lantaw Restaurant. Represents the very best of asian resort cuisine in Santander. Guests frequently refer to it as “view and often breezy. Sour as lime, sweet as palm – sugar, the scent of mango and hot like chili.
Breakfast
A full a la carte breakfast selection is available. Design your own breakfast with a choice of fresh eggs cooked to your liking, omelets or eggs served with hot and/or cold meats and cheeses. Sweet choices include pancakes and waffles. Perhaps you prefer a breakfast sandwich, a healthy option such as stone cut oatmeal or a fresh fruit plate. All are complimented with fresh juices, coffee and a tea selection.
Blackboard Menu
For lunch and dinner, our signature ever-changing “Blackboard Menus” feature soup, salad, a choice from four main courses, and dessert made from fresh seasonal produce and selections from international or local cuisine. Our fresh seafood dishes are always popular and there are vegetarian alternatives as well as lighter and healthier meals available. We are pleased to work out special menus for those with specific dietary requirements.
A la Carte
Our all day a la carte menu includes a wide range of Asian food, pasta, sandwiches and salads as well as our signature main courses. Available from 10am to 10pm.
Cocktails, Coffee & Wines
Both resorts offer a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Start the day with your choice of specialty coffee from our coffee machine and then indulge in our freshly prepared fruit shakes or your choice from an extensive range of soft drinks. Wind down with a beers, or your favorite cocktail. We also offer a range of wines from around the world. Please note that only drinks purchased at the resort maybe consumed on site – there is a corkage fee charged for drinks purchased elsewhere.

If you are celebrating a special occasion, birthday or anniversary let us arrange a special meal for you. Tan-aw’s also caters to groups, functions and weddings.
